Ecstacy and MDMA are illicit stimulant drugs used to produce feelings of euphoria. They’re often taken as a party drug at festivals and raves.
Most aren’t addictive physically at first, but the false idea that the user needs the drugs to enjoy parties creates habitual use. Over time, the body does become dependant on them, causing withdrawal side-effects if they don’t take the drug.

Here, we’ll discuss what ecstasy is, how it’s different to MDMA, and what makes both of these drugs so dangerous and addictive.
